Return & Refund Policy
At Mooaakos, each product is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this on-demand production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
We strongly recommend checking size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
Order Issues
If your order is lost in transit or there is a delivery issue, please reach out and we will assist you in resolving it.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, which includes most print-on-demand items.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
