At Mooaakos, each item is made to order. This means your products are created especially for you after your order is placed, helping us reduce waste and keep every order intentional.

Because of this production model, order processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and seasonal demand. We always aim to keep shipping as smooth and transparent as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

After fulfillment, shipping times depend on your location and the carrier handling the delivery. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout where available, but please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected delivery method.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier and reviewing the shipment status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
